Estimates & the Instant Estimate Tool

Any price range shown through our Instant Estimate tool, or given verbally or in writing before an in-person inspection, is a preliminary, non-binding estimate only. It is based on the limited information provided and general assumptions, not a hands-on assessment of your roof. Actual pricing depends on a physical inspection, roof condition, decking, code requirements, and other factors that can only be confirmed in person. No estimate shown on the Site constitutes a final quote or a binding offer.

Free Inspections

Free roof inspections are offered as described on the Site. Scheduling a free inspection does not obligate you to purchase any service, and requesting an inspection does not create a contract for repair or replacement work.

Financing

Any financing information presented on the Site is general in nature. Financing, if pursued, is subject to separate approval, terms, and conditions determined by the applicable financing arrangement at the time, and is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for the terms, approval decisions, or conduct of any third-party lender involved in a financing arrangement.

Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:
